The useful outcome of a comparison is not a universal winner. It is a documented choice for one product, route and review date.
Create the first state
Save source, date, colour, size, version, bundle and package choice before ordering.
Add changes without overwriting
Record who changed the choice, why it changed and which new image or seller message supports it. Keep the earlier state visible.
Compare arrival with the active state
Use the last confirmed state as the warehouse reference. Put the row in Wait when the arrival appears to match an older selection instead.
