Place conflicting evidence together
Show the selected option, listing image, seller note and warehouse evidence in the same record. Date each source.
Name the resolving test
Choose the label, measurement or close-up that can settle the conflict. Avoid adding unrelated questions.
Assign action and ownership
Use Wait with a named next step, Replace when the listing remains ambiguous or Keep when the conflict is resolved clearly.
