How the Product Directory Should Be Used

The Products hub is a discovery layer for current references. It does not rank seller reliability or certify product quality. Save a candidate only after confirming that the destination, title, option and visible price describe the item you intended to research. Keep separate fields for seller statements, your observations and later warehouse evidence.

Group comparisons within the same product type and purpose. A low-price T-shirt and a structured jacket do not share the same measurement, material or parcel questions. Use category pages to identify the correct evidence, then return to the spreadsheet row with a specific status.

Quality Signals and Limits

Useful signals include a stable source, explicit option text, coherent photographs, usable measurements and a seller description that does not conflict with visible details. None proves authenticity or future performance. Ratings, sales counts and community posts are dated context and may cover another variant or batch.

When a link changes, do not silently treat the new destination as equivalent. Verify seller, product identifiers, photos, options and price again. Archive a missing source and create a new record for a genuinely different listing.

Keeping product references current

A product reference is reviewed by checking its destination, visible identity, category and option structure. If the source disappears or changes to another item, the old record should be archived rather than repurposed. This keeps internal links and structured data aligned with the content readers actually see.

Prominent examples are chosen to illustrate different research questions. Placement does not mean that Fishgoo Reps has purchased, inspected or authenticated the item.

Source and Revision Notes

Every material statement should be traceable to the current page, a dated public source or a clearly labelled editorial observation. When a source changes, the review date and affected link should change with it. This prevents an old platform feature, price or option from becoming an undated claim.
